Jing XuJing Xu Jing joined Barlow Capital in 2008 as a Research Associate after spending the previous 6 years working in the financial industry and studying economics. At Barlow she works directly with the CIO to provide support in our financial modeling, risk measurement and performance attribution activities. As well, she assists in the preparation of research on a wide variety of sectors, industries, and individual companies, as well as the broader macro-economic environment. Previously Jing was employed with the University of Victoria's economics department and Camosun College's business school as a lecturer. Prior to those roles, she worked for the Industrial and Commercial Bank of China in their international business department.
She received a Master of Arts degree in Economics from the University of Victoria, where her studies and research were focused on financial economics and econometrics. In addition, she has a Bachelor of law degree and second major in Management Engineering from Dong Hua University.
